St. John’s Pre-Kindergarten is a Christian Preschool sponsored by St. John’s Lutheran Church since 1969. As such, Christian Education is included in all the classes.
In a loving and caring atmosphere and through a well-rounded program it is our aim that each child will: 
- Experience and reflect Christian love toward one another
- Make a successful transition from home to school
- Grow by paying attention, by following simple directions, by taking turns, and by completing tasks
- Develop social skills: getting along with children and adults
- Develop a positive attitude toward school
- Develop self-expression and self-control
- Learn to accept help and direction from adults
Application Information
There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee for all classes. Application forms may be requested by calling the Church Office at 610.369.1024 or by e-mailing mdrake@stjohnsboyertown.org. This year the cost is $70 a month for two-day class and $90 for three-day and $160 a month for five-mornings. Play group is $27 per month for each 32-week session. Each class has a teacher and an assistant. In the play group the assistant is a parent.
First consideration for enrollment is given to returning students, next to members of St. John’s, then to members of the general community. Applications must be received by March 15 to receive special consideration.
